[Resolved] HDFC Bank — ECS trigger couple of time even informed via call and email | |||||
I am using personal loan service from HDFC. Since last two year . Due to medical emergency in this month I was not able to pay Emi for the month and I called up HDFC. And mailed also about the reality and informed that I will pay outstanding by last working day of month as I will get salary on this day. On call Hdfc agreed and unnecessary in background they triggered ECS 3 time in month on 6 the 9 the and now set on 24 the march which charged me as ECS return 450/- Everytime . On what rule basis Hdfc trigger ECS more than 1time I n month without informing to customer and charging separately .
