Today I also got similar call from Mr Rohan David ( although as per the first call my relationship manager is Mr. Nitin). The same thing was repeated that I have paid only one premium of 50, 000 in 2012 for Classic assured plan. I have 3 options to withdraw this money,
1. Revive and pay 12 years premium
2. Prematurity wherein I have to pay 2 years more premium of 50k each
3. Settlement wherein I pay 50k premium.
I asked for them to send me the existing policy details . The policy number stated was[protected] taken on 17/3/12. But he simply refused the call.

Hi, kindly inform to the customer to write us at [email protected] to address unresolved concern related to HDFC Life policy.
Exactly same call I received today from no +[protected] pushine me call their relationship manager Nitin Rastogi,[protected]. I checked given policy no by directly calling hdfc life customer care and got its faked policy no.
Please be aware for such calls. unfortunately I dont know whom to call so that we can arrest these people as he is agree to come to collect cheque.

just now I got a similar call from no.[protected].He gave me some complaint no.and application no.When I said I will go to HDFC Insurance office, his enthusiasm seems to have disappeared.

Hi, if policyholder has any unresolved concern with respect to HDFC Life policy, kindly inform to the policyholder to write us at [email protected] from registered id to have the same addressed.
Today, I got a call from Rahul Sharma[protected] who mentioned that I had purchased a HDFC classic assured plus plan policy in 2014 which got lapsed and I must contact the relationship manager Shubham Gupta[protected] to get fund of 172512 which is in this policy.
I got the same call, slightly different details but the same modus operandi. It was quite obvious to me that it was a fraud because they wanted it to be resolved within 24 hours, else money will be non-recoverable (as if it's some China).
The surprise is how they have the phone number, address and date of birth --- this is a pretty serious concern. Hope this is being investigated and someone is going to stop it and catch the culprits!!

Today I got call from +91 [protected].This person introduce himself from HDFC Life Insurance company. He told me about interest free loan against hdfc life Policy plan. He is telling me he is senior manager (Payal) of HDFC life Insurance/loan dept. He told me about and convinced me fully on it.
