Dear sir, I am sandeep shukla, i have been cheated by member of the hdfc life employee named avinash mishra as he asked me to purchase a policy name hdfc jeevan sanchay plan of rs. 60000, policy no. 21089265. He promised me to provide additional benefit along with this policy like medical card for 5 members of my family for 10 years from hdfc ergo Now it has been passed 2 months & i have received nothing. Neither medical card. Now he is saying that the card and othere details have been dispatched and still there is nothing that has reached me. He playing just games and passing days. I was asked to pay for Home protection plan which would have been initiated once the loan was approved. The loan was not approved and I asked them to refund the initial money they had taken for MOD.
I have been asking the executive @HDFC Life (Mr. Praveen) but he is not interested in refunding the money
