Please be informed that deactivation request of auto debit facility should be submitted 12 working days prior to the premium due date. Since the request was received on 15/11/2019 which is lesser than 12 working days, we are unable to consider your request.

As the request for deactivation has been received by us after the due date, the premium due on 27/10/2019 may be debited. Therefore, please maintain sufficient balance in your account.

However, we have successfully deactivated the auto debit for the policy which will be effective from the next premium due date which is on 27/11/2019,

Please note, in case of insufficient balance in your bank account, your bank would dishonour the debit and may levy charges.
