I was sold this insurance policy by the hdfc bank margao branch. The important information was withheld from me regarding the management charges. I on the same day have tried to cancel my policy within the freelook period, the bank authorities and the hdfc life office have not taken any action so far, despite submitting all documents required to cancel the policy within the freelook period. I recieve call from mobile number [protected] hdfc life office hydrabad. A lady representative tell me i buy a policy on 24 march 2011 and paid premium 20000 but due to non paymemnt of other premiun my policy is in termination department and told me for payment...I know it is fake and want to complained about the call...
