HDFC Bank — i have been claimed twice on the premium and the amount was debited from my debit card

This is to inform you that i have paid the monthly premium of rs.10, 000/- for hdfc life for policy hdcf life click 2 invest (Policy no:[protected] on[protected] itself. But still as auto debit is activated it has been debited from my credit card on[protected].

I have raised this concern with the service department of hdfc life on 11th may 2019 but there is no solution yet which is making my worried.

My questions to hdfc life;
1. Why it hasn't reflected immediately after i paid my premium in my hdfc life account? Very poor management of the system!!
2. How can the auto debit facility be active on my credit card with out my approval?
3. Who is responsible for the charges incurred on ending up consuming more credit than allocated on my credit card because of the very poor system you maintain?
