A complaint has been received vide no. Lc 1634 dated 13/12/17 at ps keshav puram from mr. Jaswant singh senior citizen resi. Of 425/3 ram pura new delhi regarding cheating and fraud which attracts panel section o[censored]/s ipc 420/468/471/419/120-b ipc. It is therefore requested to provide following information same as needed for the propose of inquiry of the above complaint :-
1. Please provide the name of policy holder no. 17579480.
2. Name of the agent who has booked this above policy.
3. Whether the policy is functional.
4. Please provide the accounts details (Money received in the account).

Note :- please the keep the matter secret and treat it as urgent.
