[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — job fraudulent for the post of financial advisor

Hi,

My name is Arinjit Chandradhwaryyu I'm from kajora gram west bengal near Asansol.
I got a call from a number on 8/9/2018 saying I'm calling from hdfc kolkata branch your resume has been selected for walk-in for the post of financial advisor with the salary scale of 16400/- tomorrow is your interview in burdwan opposite wbbse she says you have pay 510/- for enrollment if you get rejected then we will refund your enrollment amount i said ok then she send me a massage with the details which I pasted below.

(Enroll no-Xc441/247, , document-(1copy bio-data, 4copy photo, mp/hs last qualification all document xerox, pan card/votar card/adhaar card), Enrollment fees 510/-, Interview date- 09/09/18, 10/09/18 time-10.30 to 2pm, Venue-Burdwan(unit-I building)1 minits walking from BDN JUNCTION)

I went to interview after reaching that place a female named priya says we are hiring people from around westbengal we have vacancies in your nearest residential place I asked about is there any vacancy in raniganj ?? she says yes then asked me about enrollment fee 510/- i gave her then I walked in another room where another girl was sitting she told me fillup some forms and gave me a question paper after solving that, after I think more than 2 hours of waiting they finally called me for interview there were two females sitting beside each other one of them took my interview asked few questions then said you are selected for financial advisor and signed this documents I signed without reading any of them it was my mistake huge mistake (never ever do that) and told to submit Scan copies of residential certificate, aadhar, salary account, electricity Bill and pan card within 72 hours on a whatsapp number i did that after that I got no response for more than weeks after that I got a call from another number she says your offer letter will be sent soon and you Will collect it form local branch (this message)

(Congratulation! We are Pleased to inform that you are completed your verification round with successfully. We will send your call letter very soon.You are select of our company's financial sector as financial advisor...For enquiry contact this no ).

i was so excited next day I got another massage from that number asking to deposit 4760/-

(We are inform to you that you are selected of our company and company will release your call letter.So, kindly you will pay 4698 INR for training processing fees within 27th September 2018 and collect your call letter from company.For details contact this no-[protected]).

asked her why I need to pay this money ?? she says you are new in banking sector so it's mandatory to pay trust me im srutilekha chatterjee Head hr and i paid i wish I didn't 😔 then she told me to send screenshot of that transaction that whatsapp number i did that to.

Then 29/09/2018 i got another call from her asking 2950/- for salary gst which they will pay me during training period.
I paid that too with the total amount of rupees 8220/- include enrollment fee i thought my posting will be in hdfc raniganj branch
Next day got a call from another number she says your posting has done in kolkata SGF more salt lake sector 5 i was shattered hearing that my heart filled with pain and I was shivering thinking I lost my money i was literally crying she says why are you crying ?? I said why did you do that why ?? She says there is few more things you need to write down before getting appointment letter then says you have to provide a residential certificate, voter id, pan id, aadhar id and electricity bill submit all these documents within 72 hours of that person in who's house you will stay here nearby as a local proof on behalf of your absence he will receive your letter and essential documents I said I don't know anyone in kolkata in that area and how will anyone provide me all his personal details just saying I will stay here as a resident and my company needs it ??
She says you keep trying ofcourse you will find someone i was crying and saying how ? My father i can't left my father alone his health is not good just because of him i was trying to get a job as near as possible so I'll able to look after him.

I called that hr number told her that I want my posting in raniganj she says ok let me see.
That drama goes week to month one day she says it's not going to happen arinjit i said then refund my money she says we don't have refund policy i told her I have call records of her and and masseges im going file a police complain against you she says we have your signed documents we can do this too i said I don't care do whatever you want.
She told me write an application and Send it to that whatsapp number i did it few days later she told me that your application has been rejected due misbehaving with account department i had small chat with that whatsapp number, I was surprised by what company will hire someone illiterate guy like him that's what she says.

(Right now they're threatening me that if you file police complain against us we will Sue you a notice amount of 10 lakh due to company harassment because we have your signed documents.)

Is it possible please someone help me out ??

I am Venkataramana B actually I have taken hdfc life insurance policy till now I have not received policy document.

So u may kindly take necessary action and send policy soft copy document to my email at the earliest.
