Regarding above your staff at panipat office name mrs. Sarabjeet kaur. I visited yesterday in your panipat office at about 3.45 p. M. And ask for my policy status. But she never request me to sit nor she told me about my policy. Again she forced me to leave the office immediately. I am very shocked about the behave of that madam.
