Verified Support Jul 14, 2017 HDFC Life Customer Care's response Hi Bhavya, please note that the policy no. shared by you seems to be incorrect. The mentioned policy no. is registered with some other customer. Hence, kindly share your correct policy detail for us to assist you. Alternatively, you may download your premium receipt via online mode from the My Account portal by visiting our website www.hdfclife.com. You can also email us your request to [protected]@hdfclife.com from your registered Email Id.

Hello All, we request you to register yourself on our 'MY ACCOUNT' portal for the retrival of the premium receipts.
To register, go to https://cp.hdfclife.com/cpweb/OnlineMyAccountRegistration.aspx and follow the
given steps -
1. Fill in the policy number and Date of birth and click 'Next'
2. The policy owner name, email ID, mobile number and contact number fields will be pre-populated.
Mobile number and contact number fields are editable, if not updated previously.
3. Select the Check box and click Submit.
4. An email will be sent to your email ID that is updated in the registration page. This email will contain
an URL which on clicking will validate the email ID and the user ID and password will be sent.
5. The URL is valid for 15 days. If you click on it after 15 days, an error message will be displayed. In
such cases, you need to register again by filling the registration page.
6. If the email ID was previously present and the user modifies it, an email is sent to the previous email
