[Resolved] HDFC Bank — only one policy approved by hdfc declined other two policies

I have given complaint to HDFC life insurance regarding 3 polices & I have other company policy also like future generali & bharti axa life insurance & bith companies accepted my case in mis sale & they have refunded my money & HDFC life insurance only gave me 1 policy approval & other two policy declined.I received a brokers call also he was forcing me too pay them money then only they will approve my case.I have more than 45 call recordings of those cheaters then also company is not accepting his fault then also company is not giving me refund of my polices

HDFC Life Customer Care's response Hi, if policyholder have any unresolved issue with respect to your policy. Kindly inform to the customer that write to us at [protected]@hdfclife.com from his / her registered id to have the same look into and addressed. Once the email is sent by customer inform him / her to share the interaction id with us.

Updated by mohadikaramit dear hdfc life insurance team please check my complaint number HDFCSL=[protected].I have approached my compliant for 3 polices & I have more than 45 call recordings of your agent.he sold me this policy on the commitment of loan against policy.I have approached so many time to your company regarding my complaint same time I have approached my complaint to bharti axa life & future generali life insurance & they both have agreed & refunded my money but I am not receiving same resonance from HDFC life
