[Resolved]  Hdfc Life Policy — Fraudulent sale

I was sold a policy by this Mr Nitin Rastogi of HDFC LIfe last year convincing me that my earlier policy of ICICI Pru had a maturity value of 3.5 lakhs and that because I had not paid the premium post 1st year, the only way to take this benefit was to port to another policy of another issuer. I agreed and I was given HDFC life income plan with a 2 year lock in period (verbally communicated). When I received the policy I got a 8 year lockin.

He worked with the agent Rahul sharma of ICICI Prudential, whose phone is [protected] and who is also unreachable on this matter.

Mr Nitin Rastogi is hence not reachable on the number [protected] from where he conducted all the whatsapp.

Please help me recover the money from this HDFC policy.
