[Resolved] HDFC Bank — policy issues

I have taken a Policy at HDFC life and I was given an offer that the Premium amount paid yearly will be converted monthly via Credit card which is Interest Free but I have been paying interest for the whole year . When I rasied a complaint with HDFC life, they point the Bank when I contacted the bank they point the HDFC life. Nobody is ready to take responsible.
