[Resolved] HDFC Bank — policy premium is deducted before due date( 10 days) automatically without any information.

My policy no[protected] in HDFC Life due date is 04th May-2019 and no auto debit option in my policy by bank account but premium amount was deducted automatically without any information by credit card on the date 25 April-2019( 10 days before due date).By branch no any satisfy action taken till now also I have sent mail to Hdfc service department but they sent premium receipt after 5 days( deduction)
why?
I have frustrated this please take action urgently .
