[Resolved] HDFC Bank — refund my premium | |||
I sir, Good morning, have a nice day ahead... I have healthy relationship with hdfc life/bank and other products since last more than 10 years. Always, i recommends hdfc products and services to my relative, friends and society and with same trust and faith. I had brought four policy from hdfc life from your agent details "peace worth insurance brokers pvt ltd, add shop space no.3, plot no a-99 ground floor rampuri ghaziabad up, code:00716300, license no :db 631/15. Policies detail are given below : 1. Policy no. 20200600 2. Policy no. 20062436 3. Policy no. 20349908 — rajbir saini dob 18/9/1988 nominee=sonia 4. Policy no.20342653 — rajbir saini dob 18/9/1988 nominee=sonia According to the above agent/broker, these above polices gave with grantee of money back with in 3-6 months what ever amount paid in terms of instalments and after that i will be eligible for pension of amount 6 thousand rupees per policy but it is not true. As i got knowledge from other insurance company. As a result my trust broke from hdfc life and other services as well, Yesterday, i visited hdfc life office at ashoka plaza, rohtak distt haryana and met ms. Shalini (Pso) and mr. Sunil gosawami (Circle head). Initially, both of them agreed to process for refund my amount as per hdfc life norms but after couple of seconds they denied to return. What ever paid in terms of instalments. Both of them created heavy pressurce on myself and told like that"ab aap ka kuch nahi ho sakta, kahin bhi chale jao, paisa wapas nahi milega aap ko, aaj tak kahan soe hue the" It was very shocking for myself, how could a large organisation staff treated like — Firstly, please tell me, if the above words are ok from hdfc side and it's your standard way to attend your customers. Specially those are in pain. I don't want to continue with hdfc life and surrender my all policies with you. Could you please help me to get a surrender value on behalf of above policies. As i am not able to pay next premium, due to business crisis and current family situation. I need some amount of money urgently to run my day to day life. My Premium Due date is 31st March .I paid the Premium on 30 March through online banking .But on 2nd April the premium again deducted from my account .
