[Resolved] HDFC Bank — term plan cancellation in looking period, not returning my full money

I took a hdfc life policy[protected] and because of very poor response of hdfc life customer care, i cancelled it within look in period. I paid 2697 (3 month premium as per life policy) and now i got a mail that rs. 899 will be refund. Why 899? Why only one month money? Why torturing me - it is so simple, i took a policy and i have rights to cancel it, and i cancelled it in look in period. Then why this - why such mail. Verified Support Feb 28, 2019 HDFC Life Customer Care's response Hi, as the concern is already raised on service Id, our team will check and post assessment response will be shared with policyholder.
