[Resolved] HDFC Bank — timely payment of my policy-regarding

Sir,
My policy no. Is 16262673.
My last and final payment date was 28.08.2017. Though i have opted for ecs payment option, i have paid all previous payment by cheque. Last year the sbi account was closed for personal reason. This year i want the payment through cheque only but i have been informed that i could not make my payment due to non receipt of non-clearance information from bank. I want to make payment immediately so that i may not loose any benefit of this policy. Please do needful so that i can pay my amount at an earliest. For information i am at guwahati and in touch with hdfc life - guwahati branch and obliged.
