[Resolved] HDFC Bank — timely payment of my policy-regarding | |||
Sir, My policy no. Is 16262673. My last and final payment date was 28.08.2017. Though i have opted for ecs payment option, i have paid all previous payment by cheque. Last year the sbi account was closed for personal reason. This year i want the payment through cheque only but i have been informed that i could not make my payment due to non receipt of non-clearance information from bank. I want to make payment immediately so that i may not loose any benefit of this policy. Please do needful so that i can pay my amount at an earliest. Verified Support Sep 08, 2017 HDFC Life Customer Care's response Hi, please note that the concern has to be shared with us by the customer either from his registered Email Id or via letter duly signed by the customer. Here, in this policy, there is no Email Id registered in our record so we would suggest you to inform the customer to submit his complaint letter to an of his nearby HDFC Life branch for us to have a look into it.
