HDFC Bank Ltd. — reject of mortgage top up loan due to invalid reason

I am hemkumar from chennai, recently from today 3weeks back i had applied for a mortgage loan top up on my existing loan, the new application no. For processing the loan is 83082969. The initial loan i bought it for around 30, 00, 000 during august 2017 and the same i have been paying without any default and the reason i stated to the bank employee for getting the mortgage loan is house renovation & personal purpose. Now when i applied for a topup mortgage loan of around 20 lakhs same was verified and i was asked the reason for the topup loan and i said it was again due to personal and house renovation. Now they are not agreeing for the reason which i stated and rejected the loan application. However i my property has a value of around 1crore and i have sufficient means of repaying capacity i wonder this is not a valid reason for rejecting the topup loan after 3 weeks. Why the bank is very particular about the end use of loan when my property value is too high and i have sufficient means to repay the monthly emi?, and i have been with hdfc for more than 4 years and offered preferred banking customer status, i have also taken other loans such as vehicle loan etc. And have been paying without any default so far, this current loan frustrated me a loan since i had trust that the loan will be processed on time and at the last moment it got rejected, who can one reveal about all the person financial obligation when a banker asks to the customer, the customer has enough restriction to not to disclose the specific personal reason, the banker has been repeatedly asking about the specific personal reason for the loan and finally rejected. When i have submitted my collateral and have sufficient means of repaying capacity why does the bank did not trust me. However the bank trust only those who lie and run out of bankruptcy and fraudulent customers. Any way i am going to transfer the loan to another bank and subsequent topup with other bank and i want end the relationship with hdfc when the trust is breached. I will close by existing credit card, vehicle loans etc. And will close by account with hdfc.
