HDFC Bank NetBanking — amount deducted from account but not submitted to emitra

Address:Jaipur, Rajasthan, 302012

I paid exam fee online with e-mitra... The amount was deducted from my account but the fee status was still "not submitted"
I waited for 2 days as i thought there may be a technical error on system.
Then i had to pay again for this.
So there were two deductions from my hdfc account.
When will i get my money back for the first fail transaction?
