[Resolved] HDFC Bank Payzapp — added money to payzapp wallet - but not credited to wallet at the same time money deducted from credit card. | |||||
I have loaded 5000 to payzapp wallet on 16/01/2019, but the transaction isn’t successful and money got debited from sbi card. I checked in transaction history of payzapp, but no trace of failure of success of the transaction. No transaction number is there in payzapp history. I have seen the same issues from many customers. I have tried to contact the support but no one taking my calls, i even sent an emails but no response. Please see below message.
