[Resolved] HDFC Bank — refund for duplicate charge added on credit card | |||
My credit card has been charged twice for the amount of inr 12288.69, i did received the declined msg for the 1st transaction, still i do not see a refund / credit in my account. The amount deducted was on 10/18, i had sent the email on 10/23 to hdfc, i have not yet received any call back or email response as of today. I did followed their return process and submitted the customer dispute form Here is the query number [protected] I also went to the nearby branch and asked them to help, they said only the online ivr support system an help.
