[Resolved] HDFC Bank Securities — document submitted for kyc but account is still suspended | |||
Hi, I have submitted KYC required document to hdfc securities off Ghatkopar on Friday 6th july 2018 its 4 working days completed and trading account is still suspended. When I give call to Ghatkopar branch[protected] they ask me to call hdfc securities customer care[protected] and securities says it will take more 3-4 days to do KYC. No one is taking the responsibility. no seriousness towards the work. it takes 25mins to connect with hdfc securities and getting no response. Do not open your trading account with hdfc securities.
