I opened eNPS and selected HDFC as my POP. Deposited Rs. 500.71 (INR) as contribution. It shows at eNPS portal that KYC has not done yet by HDFC and there is zero contribution in my NPS account. Verified Support Feb 29, 2020 HDFC Securities Customer Care's response Dear Customer Greetings from HDFC Securities Ltd !!! We understand that you have opted for enps account through nsdl portal and currently the account is in freez status. In order get the kyc verified, you are requested to contact the bank to which your enps account is linked. We are also raising this concern from our end with the respective channel.
