[Resolved] HDFC Securities — Payment of dividend from pool ac | |
I sold 1500 mstc Ltd on ex-dividend date but didn't received the dividend at 3.30 paise per share as it was credited into hdfc sec pool ac.Hdfc sec is least bothered to credit the same into my ac even after repeated reminders over phone and email, when it's time to debit they are very fast but when its time to credit my own money they don't care. I will not recommend any one to open a demat ac in hdfc sec because of their pathetic customer service. Still even after 15 days ago nothing credited I my ac.
