HDFC Securities — Refund of Depository Charges

Hello sir,

This is in reference to the transaction made in my account under the header of depository charges; without intimidation by the HDFC Bank.

Kindly be informed that an amount of rs 826.00/- was deducted from my savings/salary account on 20th Oct 2022 under the name of depository charges Sep[protected]

I have informed HDFC Securities Customer Care multiple times that I want to cancel my Demat Account. Last 3 years they are deducting the amount from my Salary Account as a Depository Charge without intimating to me that they are going to charge annual fees. I received the call earlier from customer care I also speak him to deny this service. Now all of a sudden they have charged Rs 826.00/-. This is very bad and disappointing. And I have not used the Demat account in the last 3 years. If I call customer care they will not have answers. And asked me to cancel the account from visit any of our nearest Demat Servicing Branch and submitting your request for closure of your Trading and Demat Account. I'm working in Bangalore and don't have time to visit the Demat Servicing Branch.

Please do the needful as earliest as possible and refund the charges taken as a Depository last 3 years.
