[Resolved]  HDFC Banklife — loan against policy

This is suresh kumar cheated by hdfc life insurance they sell me a policy number[protected]Ref client id=b8648723) with amount of rs.50, 000/ (Fifty thousand) in 29 june 2017, on behalf of a loan amount of rs.500000/-. But all the promises were failed. I couldn’t get the loan. For save my money i continue the policy.

From last three days i’m getting a call as they proving that they calling from irda bimalokpal complaint department now they are promising that they will put a noc of behalf of my policy to hdfc life insurance and they will return all my money (That is around 1, 85000)
For that all process they asking me for some details like (Id proof, 1 cancel cheque, aadhar chard and) and for security purpose rs.25000/
I just want to know that all process that the irda confirming to return my money on behalf of my policy is that true or its fake. Please guide me.
Now also i want to cancel this policy it’s not solving my purpose.
