I had purchased a flat in paradise city, hdil palghar in dec 2010. The flat was supposed to be ready for possession by dec'2013 as per agreement. However there is practically no progress even after 8 years. There is no response from the builder on various email communication. I had visited the site last year and they cited various problems earlier resulting in delays. They said the problems are sorted out and it will not be built on full swing. However there is no further communication even after that. It seems they are suggest buing the time and have no intention to deliver the project, else how can it be not ready even after 8 years which was supposed to be delivered in 3 years.
