I ordered the Sony Bluetooth and Bose Earbuds but I didn't get that product. Instead I got a dysfunctional JBL headset.I lost 1699 rupees in that. Could you please help me to get my money back.

I ordered sony wireless behind-neck ear headphone with bose wireless earbuds which is cost rs 1699.00. Today received a box out side of the box the item name was correct but inside jbl tempo on - ear headphones appear which mrp is only rs 749 i was shocked. I want to have my money back or i'll file a case against the company i. E. Headphone area and will take a legal action.

I have ordered sony behind neck earphone with boss ear bud if Rs1699 and i have received local headphones . I want them to return and want my money back please help me out in this order wise i will have to fike a compline against you do ut and reply me in 1-2 day other i have to take action against you .
