I ordered sony wireless behind-neck ear headphone with bose wireless earbuds which is cost rs 1699.00. Today i have received a box out side of the box the item name was correct but inside jbl tempo on - ear headphones appear which mrp is only rs 749 i was shocked. I want to have my money back or i'll file a case against the company i. E. Headphone area and will take a legal action.

My product is not that i ordered. I ordered sony wireless headphones and sony earbud model wf-sp700n, but they delivered jbl headphone whose mrp are 800 rs only and i pay double for this wrong product. I want my ordered product or money back of rs 1650. Please replace it or i will take legal complaint against you
