So i was one of those unlucky ones who fell for their YouTube videos. Impressed with the videos, and too lazy to do some internet research, i paid a heavy price. About four weeks ago i went there to inquire about the procedure, and a young lady explained it to me showing few sample wigs which they call "hair systems". Synthetic and natural hair ones apparently. She said the prices start from 25k upto 35k. Looking at those wigs, the prices felt way too expensive. I was not sure about spending that amount of money, but she was successful convincing me anyway. Perhaps my frustration played a part too. They also make you sign a paper which says "if anything goes wrong, the company cannot be held responsible".
I went ahead and paid them in cash as they asked, and waited for their "technician" to attend me. What they put one me didn't really look all that natural and impressive as it looked in their videos. Upon asking, they said the ones in the videos are more "expensive ones". I don't know what that means.
The worst part is, their "hair system" starts to stink bad, and the hairs started to fall off. I'm arguing with them since then to get my money back, but they are rude and put the blame on me. I don't know what to do. Please stay away from them. Was this information helpful? |
