I had purchased a revlon hair color kit from mylapore health and glow on 3rd may for rs.435 and made payment through hdfc debit card. And again on 22nd may the h&g has deducted the same amount of money from my account saying post transaction charges. I have no idea as to how they can do that without any of my pin or card details.
I have attached my bank statement screenshots.
I tried contacting the branch manager, but no response or reply from him.
Please resolve this issue
