Health And Glow — personally insulted the customer

I am an health and glow customer i usually buy cosmetics from there when i went to buy product in lulu malls health and glow last time one of the staff named john has insulted me infront of other customers who where there. I feel very bad on this incident why this kind of staffs are promoted in shop and why this people are insulting customers who are buying products by paying money
