After harassing me for a long time, and giving me very good dreams of getting cover for all diseases immediately on receipt of payment. I finally agreed and made a payment of Rs. 17, 665/- for my wife and myself. I am 64 years old.
I received an envelope in a plain envelope with a copy of the agreement giving a wrong name. I asked for the email to be changed, but no response, within a could of days I immediately asked for a refund. Till now they refuse to answer my emails nor do they answer my calls.
