Health — change issue & attitude towards customer

This happened at dvg road, basavangudi, bangalore health & glow.
I bought a product for rs.135 and also got a paper bag of rs.7. The total was rs. 142. I gave the billing person, soumya rs.200 and checked if i had rs.2 which i did not have. To this the lady asked me again if i had rs.2 change and i again responded i dont have. The lady then hands over rs.50 and tells me that the bill will be sent to my mobile number. I asked her about the remaining change and she says, "give me rs. 2 i will give you rs.10 back. I dont have any change". She says this with a firm confidence not to give me back the rs. 8 which she owes me. I felt ridiculous that for rs. 2 she is holding back rs. 8. I was angry and i asked her if she would let her rs. 8 go to if she did not have rs. 2 to render someone, she went to the other counter and just threw the rs. 8 to me. I asked in loud voice that i need to talk to the store manager, he comes and tells me that she is new and needs to be trained. If she is new, then she must not be talking with customer like that, either she should have asked what needs to be done with the manager or ask me if i wanted something else like rs. 5 chocolate or so. Please make a note. We customers are not your slaves. You are not doing any charity job here. We pay and get things from your store. Just that we cant render exact change, a customer should not be treated like this. Teach ur biling person how to talk to customers.
