Today 16 dec at 0900 hrs my mother reached to sadar hospital buxar with a pregnant lady my family member. When she approached to the avl nusring staff she rudily behaved with my mother and told that she don't have appropriate staff to carry patient to the delivery room. Patient was in severe pain and crying she replied that if we need immediate treatment then go to private clinic. Even nurses told to purchage all each and every medicine, injection and even gloves for delivery from private medical. When i reached to hospital and asked she again rudiliy replied and also told where ever i want i can go for complain. Then i have complaint to dr. Kiran kumar lal. But no action taken by him also. Sir this is not only happening with me it's happens generally. This mail also forwarded to principal health secretary. Photo of closed medical shop attached with.
