Health First India — fraud / fake

Health first india sold me a health policy in 11, 000 rupees.
I transferred the amount buy credit card on 20th december 2018.
Till today i didn't get my documents,
When ever i called that lady simran whose mobile number is below, always her mobile is transferred to the answering machine.
I have sent several mails to the mail id which mentioned below as well.
But not getting any reply.
Now they are disappeared.
I have attached the receipt also which i got after the payment done.
