Health First India — payment deducted twice

After long followup and high disappointment am writing this, at the time i had informed and agreed inr 12599 the insurance and the hfi plan for the senior citizon and the company had taken the taken the double payment with below two transaction through rbl credit card (Inr 12599 transaction t 49925 and inr 19999 transaction t61778 on 05.10.18
Also told will complaint but the mail bounce on the register id as the customer service stop attending the call.

Kindly request you to take on high priority and assist with the refund for the additional amt taken.
