Health Mantra — wrong information provided or not, response on properly fraud

We have recived call on heath mantra regarding mediclaim policy,
That miss neha given policy details & she say this cash less policy of 5years coverage of rs 16590/-, we send cash card & your member card, she said you have visit any hospital do your treatment in cash less card.
At that tym i m ready to give this policy. She can send me paytm link for do the payment. We have copmlete this payment on my card. All possiger activate for this policy. & after 14 days we have recevied kit against this policy but that tym i m see there have different. Policy kit we have not recvd cash less card.
Then i call for health mantra customer care no.
They people have said this is not cash less policy & she have given wrong information then i speak i dont want this policy please cancel they are not cancel. We have speak with miss seema & miss sangeeta permar & mr. Pankaj. But they have resonance me. Then we have get follow up with them last 11 days she can recvd call & we have said my name then she put reciever on hold. & not response me.
Please help me.
We want cancel my policy & return my money.
Otherwise give me all features she said me about policy.
