I have paid to health care india rs.12999 = 00 for hs platinum plan (Health plan) for family of 5 members, with condition of 30 % discount by making payment through credit card on 09/07/19.
Till date i have not received policy documents,.
Not received 30% discount amount on rs.12999 = 00.
I made so many calls & e mail correspondence but not received any reply.
Neither the office staff responding & not the management.
Now when i asked for refund they are denying for the same.
Please look into the matter.
Take strict action for doing fraud & help me getting my money back.
