Healthifyme.com — refund did not credit to account after waiting for 30 days

I bought healthify me weight loss coach plan in dec and cancelled the plan in january. Healthify me representative joseph sent below email on feb2nd:
As discussed on the phone, i have processed the refund for the amount of rupees - 4787/- and this will reflect in your bank account in the next 15-20 business days, request you to please reply to this email thread if you have any queries
But now they dont respond to emails and if i call the helpline they ask me to wait. Can you please help me to get the refund.
