[Resolved] Healthkart — I don't think my product is genuine | |||
Hello, This is my third time ordering protein from healthkart and this time the way I got the product it does not look genuine I feel like someone opened it and probably tried mixing something else My order number : Invoice number :112593 Iam also attaching the pic of the protein powder box so you can see how I received it and also the invoice copy Iam extremely disappointed ( as I have raised 0 complain on product quality ) but this time I strongly feel something is wrong Note: I alsmot payed 7800 for this (which makes me more sad and disappointed with you guys ) 😔 Was this information helpful? | |||

To resolve this, Please help us with the pictures of the product received on [protected]@healthkart.com along with the carton box from all the sides (top, bottom, front, back) showing its exact condition, name, bar code, and importer sticker. Also, please confirm the condition (tampered or not)of the carton box at the time of delivery and if the product was containing any bubble wrap or not. Please ensure that the pictures are shared within 14 days of return policy.
