[Resolved] Healthkart — I feel cheated - order #[protected]B08973 | |||
I placed an order for Acuvue Clear lenses on 12th April. On 23nd April, I got a call from Healthkart stating that the prices for the lenses have increased, but they will still honour the order and ensure that the product are dispatches within the next 48hrs. It's been over a week since then, there's been no update or product delivery. What really shocked me today was that when I logged into my account on Healthkart.com, I found that my order was cancelled on the 23rd itself. So it seems that Healthkart didn't have any intentions of fullfil the order in the first place Very disappointing ..!! Was this information helpful? | |||

HealthKart — Non delivery of product and delay in refund
Ordered a product from them and this how they behaved. First delayed the product delivery then cancel the delivery by themselves only and then delaying the refund. What more worst you expect. Beware from Healthkart82%

So I guess you can NOT TRUST healthkart to fulfill the order that they accept on their website. Very unprofessional, dishonest business practices.. SHAME !!!
