[Resolved]  Healthkart — Item missing

I had ordered muscleblaze whey protein and it was schedule to come on monday, 19th june. On that day i was not at home nor any of my family members. But the courier guy came and gave the parcel to my neighbor without my consent or informing me and i didnt know my neighbor at all.
I came back home and my neighbor gave the package to me and now in that parcel shaker is missing. I dont know if the courier guy gave it or not my neighbor took it, but the responsibility is of the healthkart to make sure that it gets into the right hand. But it was very unprofessional work done by healthkart and the courier service.
And yesterday when i tracked my parcel on xpressbees it showed delivered, immediately i launched a complain to the courier company xpressbees, with complain no: 5762960. Anyways please make sure that i get that shaker anyhow as soon as possible. Details are below.
