[Resolved] Healthkart — money deducted from bank but order not placed

I was ordering muscleblaze 8.8lbs whey performance chocolate on healthkart app. It was showing error with debit card thats why i paid through upi. But when i paid through upi, my money got deducted and there is no order placed on 8 january 2019 at around 11:30pm
I need my money back.
Please refund it fast.

I had mailed the company regarding the issue and even contacted their customer care for resolving the issue and they assured me that I will get my money back within 7-10 working days
