[Resolved] Healthkart — my order did not delivered | |||||
Dear sir/madam, I have booked a cod from healthkart order id[protected] name yug thakur. I got a massage from xpressbees that on monday 7.08.2017 my cod will deliver but unfortunately at night i saw in xpressbees status that your courier agent give the update that consign not available, i have call your customer care several time and from there only assurance come that your shipment will deliver with in 24 hours but 72 hours gone no phone call from xpressbees. I am very much feed up with your courier service and it is impossible for me to follow up so many time. Looking forward for your speedy delivery and response.
