[Resolved]  Healthkart — Order place and never received

I had placed an order on 4th of august order no (HK[protected] and I got a mail from healthkart letting me know that I will receive the product on or before 10th August.. It never came in the mail. so I called customer service and they said the courier company had send it back to them and so they will re ship it for me. I was fine with that. On the 20th I got a mail from Healtkart saying that I will get the product delivered withing 48 hrs time. Now today the 22nd of August I call Customer service and they tell me, the product is returned by the courier company back to them. And the guy tells me, i can cancel my order or re order it again. I am a fitness person and Hit the gym everyday...This delay has caused me 2 weeks of my proper diet and workout. I would like to take this issue up. Is this what service Healthkart provides?
