My name ravi saini I hv Order arnold protine 19 April item was pickup and 26 April I hd word with ur care cal he said me item quality check was pass u refund wil in two day
Now u cal item fail u reship the item. M not going to receive it I m not responsibility to ur item I hv send it ur confronted ur couriers team
And m not responsible of it bcz item pick up 19 I can see my status of return and I hv confron 26april evening he said you will recover ur refund 2 day
Now m going case i[censored] not giving my refund m not fool I think this is the way u make fool costmore m going case aging u healkarf
And lesson ur votive records cal 26 April
You check to ur couriers department. I didn't open it
When I send it back it was packed. The item was. Seal I why would I take responsibility to ur couriers boy m not gong take back bc a I didn't open the seal I send it back to ur as I recived the item check ur couriers boy he also take phone when he give me receipt me of pick up
M not fool this is why way u fool cost more I knw u making m fool m going to case to u I hv return slip and Your team members said me 26 April the don't worry quality check was successful ok u will receive in 2 day my refund
Now u making me fool m going case against you in court

In furtherance to our discussions with you where it was confirmed by you that the product’s are in sealed/intact condition and is being returned as you no longer require them, we wish to point out that upon receipt of the product by our vendor, it was noticed that the product was in an open condition and contents of the products were also found to be changed. The product returned by you has failed the quality parameters and has been tampered with. In light of what has been stated above, we wish to inform you that we would not be in a position to process the refund requested by you against the same and the products are being sent back to your shipping address
