[Resolved]  Healthkart — Resistance band not getting returned

I ordered a resistance band from healthkart and got it on 13th may. The item is so unsatisfactory to so may levels that i opted to return the product.in the product page it is mentioned that the order can be returned till 14days. I made the request through call on which i was said to send a mail. Then i wrote a mail and said to send the current pics. After that i was told that the seller doesn't have return policy. I send them the mail that on the page itself it is written that the product is eligible to return. Today is still 22nd of may 2020. Very poor response from the healthkart team. I want my money back.

Please see the attached file. If there is no return policy why you are displaying 14days return?
It should be 14days replacement right? I bought this item after seeing the 14days return written. Now you are giving this LINK BS 😡
