[Resolved] Healthkart — slimshake no added sugar 0.5kg mango flavour | |||||
I have ordered slimshake with no added sugar 0.5kg mango flavour on heakthkart on 20thoctober, 2017 but what i received was the old stock which they had, it was added sugar protein shake, completely different with the one which i had ordered, i raised the complaint and they told me to send the pictures of the product which i have received and they initiated the reverse pickup with exchange, the item was picked up on 8th november 2017 and it is almost 2 weeks no information regarding the exchange of the item, they said they will call for quality check but no news and i am still waiting, i called them and they said that they still haven't received the product, i don't know why i have to wait for so long, first of all ut was their fault to send me the wrong product and it's been a month i still haven't received the correct product, please improve your customer service and kindly initiate the exchange as soon as possible, which online shopping will take more than a month to send the product...
