I am employed with a corporate and the dadar centre had organised a camp at our office on 25th sep. Upon visiting the camp, i was told by their doctor that i need a thorough check up of vitamin d3, b12 and cervical back x-ray. They suggested me to buy gold membership as it covers vitamin d3 and assured me to add vitamin b12 as an additional test. When i asked that the test check-list of gold membership only mentions vitamin d and not d3, they said it is one and the same

When i visited the kandivali centre for my tests, i was told that they will not give me vitamin d3 and cervical back x-ray as it's not a part of gold membership. I explained them that the dadar enter people have assured me and even written on my slip for these tests and had also told me that vitamin d and d3 are same.

I was denied vitamin d3 and cervical back x-ray despite assurance from their doctors. I also have their doctors advise slip (Given to me during check up at the camp clearly mentioning to check d3 and b12) as well as advance slip given to me which clearly mentions inclusion of these.

Why are false commitments being made? Is it just a means to acquire customers?? Can someone please look into it and give me a solution to this issue?
